During this pandemic Entry fee will be refunded minus administration charges if the show is cancelled up to and including the 9th September, however only those exhibitors who take up the cancelation premium insurance will be refunded after that date (there will be a £2.00 insurance premium per dog which is optional) as there is  enormous consequential loss to the society at this point, if you chose to take out the cancelation insurance of £2 per dog the society will refund your entry money  in the event of the show being cancelled after the 9th of September 2020.

We need to make it absolutely clear about gazebos, small pop-up tents and fishing brolly

As space is at a premium no gazebo or tent can be bigger than 2 metres x 2 metres , this is to be fair to everyone, however we have 4 x 330ft  x 80 ft wet weather marquees, the idea was to make it easier to social distance and help people that felt vulnerable be more secure in their own little bubble.

Below is a plan of where these structures can go anyone who sets up any structure larger than 2 metres x 2 metres or outside these designated areas WILL be asked to remove it immediately.

There will be none of these structures allowed around the rings.

So there is no speculation this is a screen shot of our website analytics page we normally get between 50/60 visits a month, this month we have had 12,335 an increase of 6,458.85% as we are going to cap the entry it will be a first come first serve  basis, so if you are intending to come make sure you get in early with your entry
